Drawing on nearly three decades of experience across engineering, manufacturing, industrial gases, energy, project development, and leadership—and more than 15 years advising professionals—Dale brings deep technical expertise, strategic perspective, and practical judgment to complex decisions.
A licensed Professional Engineer (PE), Project Management Professional (PMP®), Certified Professional Coach (CPC), and Certified Neurodiversity Coach, he helps clients cut through complexity, evaluate tradeoffs, and move forward with confidence.
Dale holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and business and leadership certificates from Cornell University. Beyond his professional work, he supports adult literacy and youth initiatives and enjoys family life in Pennsylvania's Lehigh Valley.
