He earned his Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Pennsylvania and holds business and leadership certificates from Cornell University. Beyond his professional work, Dale invests in his community through adult literacy and youth-focused initiatives, while enjoying family life in Pennsylvania’s Lehigh Valley.
