Drawing on nearly three decades of experience across engineering, manufacturing, energy, project development, leadership, and business—and more than 15 years advising professionals—Dale combines engineering rigor, strategic perspective, practical judgment, and careful listening to understand each client's goals, circumstances, and constraints.
A licensed Professional Engineer (PE), Project Management Professional (PMP®), Certified Professional Coach (CPC), and Certified Neurodiversity Coach, Dale helps clients cut through complexity, evaluate tradeoffs, strengthen positioning and planning, and make well-reasoned decisions they can confidently put into action.
Dale holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and certificates in Financial Management and Business Leadership from Cornell University. Beyond his professional work, he supports adult literacy, workforce development, youth initiatives, and neurodiversity advocacy while enjoying family life in Pennsylvania's Lehigh Valley.
