With nearly three decades of leadership experience across industrial gases, manufacturing, and the energy sector, Dale brings deep technical and project expertise. He has played key roles in developing large-scale hydrogen, industrial gases, manufacturing, and energy initiatives where decisions carried significant operational and financial consequences.
A Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Certified Neurodiversity Coach, licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.), and Project Management Professional (PMP®), Dale blends engineering rigor with strategic guidance. His structured approach helps clients cut through uncertainty, clarify tradeoffs, and make well-reasoned decisions.
Dale earned his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and holds business and leadership certificates from Cornell University.
Beyond his professional work, he invests in his community through adult literacy and youth initiatives and enjoys family life in Pennsylvania’s Lehigh Valley.
