He helps clients make well-reasoned decisions aligned with their careers, businesses, and lives.
A licensed Professional Engineer (PE), Project Management Professional (PMP®), Certified Professional Coach (CPC), and Certified Neurodiversity Coach, Dale helps clients cut through complexity, evaluate tradeoffs, strengthen their positioning, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
Dale holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and certificates in Financial Management and Business Leadership from Cornell University. Beyond his professional work, he supports adult literacy, workforce development, youth initiatives, and neurodiversity advocacy while enjoying family life in Pennsylvania's Lehigh Valley.
